Enjoy an evening getting to know fellow travelers! Food and drinks will be provided. K-State President Richard Linton will also join us!
If you would like to walk over as a group, please meet at the hospitality desk by 6:50 pm.
December 30th

Doors will open at 4:00 pm. Program will begin at approximately 5:00 pm. As a part of your tour package, we will have a section of seats reserved for you. Look for the Alumni Association staff and signage for the Official K-State Alumni Association Tour.
If you would like to ride a motor coach, please meet in the lobby; departures will begin at 3:50 pm
December 31st

Your travel package includes a full breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, potatoes, mixed fruit, biscuits with farm butter and jam, coffee, tea, beer, wine, Bloody Marys, and mimosas. The K-State Marching Band, cheerleaders and Willie the Wildcat arrive at approximately 8:30 am with a brief program following.
K-State leadership in attendance include K-State President Richard Linton and Amy Button Renz ’76, ’86,President and CEO, K-State Alumni Association.
Meet in the lobby of the hotel at 7:30 am to board motor coach transportation. If you choose to walk, please enter the Hyatt Regency off Girod Street. This is a traveler-only entrance.
11:00 am | KICKOFF
ALLSTATE SUGAR BOWL: K-State Wildcats vs Alabama Crimson Tide
45 Minutes Postgame | MOTOR COACH DEPARTURE
Motor coaches depart for return to the hotels from Lot 3. Please exit the southeast side of Caesars Superdome (through Gate D or E) and look for the K-State Sports Tours signs and staff directing you to your motor coach. If you feel lost and/or cannot make it back to the motor coach with 45 minutes after the game, please contact your on-site staff.
